Terms of service

These terms govern your use of GROVE and its services. By opening an account you agree to them.

1. The service

GROVE provides a carbon ledger: you measure, classify and report emissions across Scope 1, 2 and 3, and optionally retire verified removals.

2. Your obligations

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for the claims you publish from it. GROVE provides the ledger, not your climate strategy.

3. Fees

Fees are based on your plan, as disclosed on the pricing page. We never charge for inactive ledgers.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use GROVE for greenwashing, fraudulent reporting, or any unlawful purpose, including misrepresenting the source of emission data.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GROVE's liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
